But it does not preach total dependence on fate. Astrology one can know what you’re born with, what are your abilities, limitations, your strengths and weaknesses. What kind of life partners and professions suit you and to be expected is indicated. It also established various measures to avoid adverse effects and results. Astrology is your roadmap of destiny. But your fate is in your hands. The scriptures guide us by telling us what is right and wrong, what to do and what not to do, how and how not. You get a piece of land and seed to sow. How much effort into it as much fertilizer and water to add and when to get what is the product of your labor.

Then it is you who are forced to use your intelligence, discrimination and experience to work. Destiny is a card game where you do not the cards you were dealt, but how you play into their hands. You can get good cards, but when you play, you lose so badly, and you can make a card wrong, yet you can not win if you play well.
